[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — Package undelivered/Lost

Using DTDC I have sent an customer order from Bangalore to Jaipur on 20th July, since 23rd July its shown as out for delivery in Jaipur.I have contacted the customer service in Bangalore they are not able to track the package and are very unhelpful. Jaipur customer care are not responding(number:[protected]/4435502).The email i have been sending from past 5 days are being ignored.([protected]@dtdc.com)
I have been contacting the following head office

I have sent the package from the following DTDC branch:23, 22nd Cross Rd, Parangi Palaya, Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102.

I am sure DTDC has lost the package and they are simply wasting my time by giving me excuses.Since i am a small handicraft business when the products are not delivered to the customer i suffer a loss and also loose my credibility.
Therefore i request you to please help me out in this matter.
Desirable Solution:
-the package delivered to the address i have sent to OR
-the package returned to me and the courier charges refunded by DTDC OR
-In case the product is lost i want full refund of the package sent+courier charge.
Since it was a customer order, i have all the supporting documents to claim the money i have spent on the products & package.

I posted the complain on their Facebook home page, under their Raksha Bandhan promotional post.I also attached the screenshot of the complaint lodged in the consumer complaint forum. Only then DTDC paid attention to the complain and escalated it to the Headquarters. They got in contact through Facebook messages and made sure package was delivered next day. Turns out the package was just sitting in the delivery office for 15 days and completely ignored by the Jaipur DTDC delivery office. Only when they are threatened and shamed in social media they respond, or else they completely ignore the customers grievance. Its sad but true.

DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
