Using DTDC I have sent an customer order from Bangalore to Jaipur on 20th July, since 23rd July its shown as out for delivery in Jaipur.I have contacted the customer service in Bangalore they are not able to track the package and are very unhelpful. Jaipur customer care are not responding(number:[protected]/4435502).The email i have been sending from past 5 days are being ignored.([protected]@dtdc.com)

I have sent the package from the following DTDC branch:23, 22nd Cross Rd, Parangi Palaya, Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102.
I am sure DTDC has lost the package and they are simply wasting my time by giving me excuses.Since i am a small handicraft business when the products are not delivered to the customer i suffer a loss and also loose my credibility.
Therefore i request you to please help me out in this matter.
Desirable Solution:
-the package delivered to the address i have sent to OR
-the package returned to me and the courier charges refunded by DTDC OR
-In case the product is lost i want full refund of the package sent+courier charge.
Since it was a customer order, i have all the supporting documents to claim the money i have spent on the products & package.
