DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel not delivered and no update . Have stopped responding to mails and calls

This company is a total fraud .

1. I have tried calling there customer service 4-5 times, they don't call .
It has been more than 20 days that my medicine parcel is not delivered .
It was urgent . I raised a ticket but no response .

2. I want strict action to be taken against such a company .

3. I want file an harassment case against DTDC

Updated by sun1512 1. I want to claim money for such a delay . Anything happening because of this delay DTDC will be responsible .
