DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel not delivered | |||||
Hi, I want to register a complaint against dtdc courier service. On 2nd august 2016 i have booked a courier from hyderabad to rewa. Since then i'm tracking my courier but till now it is not delivered. On checking dtdc website they are showing update till 5 august 2016 that it has been reached jabalpur but after that there is no update on dtdc website. How long it will take to deliver one courier. Such a pathetic courier service. If you are not capable of doing your business properly please shutdown. Dont harras the consumer. Dtdc doesnt answer through mail not through phone also.
