DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel not delivered

I am iving in Pune. This is a complain regarding the parcel number P56555582.

Sir I courriered this parcel from Pune DTDC on the 22 nd of December to an address in Madurai that is not delivered till date.

I called many customer care pleople, the parcel is lying around in the branch undelivered.

I trust DTDC and it's service. The delivery guy and the local branch people are uncooperative.

Please do the needful. Thank you so much.
