DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel not delivered | |||
I had an order which was delivered through DTDC courrier. My place is in Alur, Thrissur dist. Kerala. I was expecting the message of delivery. But after the date one service person called me asking whether i had received my parcel. I replied not yet. After many calls they are telling that my courrier reached my locality office by 23.6.21.They tried to call my number but was not connecting. After that they didn't send any message or try to contact me. Now it is returned back. If a call is not connecting they have to try again or should send sms which other servicers are doing.
