I had couriered the parcel on Aug 18, 2021 (AWB no. D[protected]. It reached Mumbai on Aug 24, 2021. The message under track your shipment reads - the receiver refused to collect the parcel as it was damaged. Without contacting the receiver, how can such message be posted?
I want to know how can the employees of DTDC take decisions when you are not the owner of the parcel. Then again on Aug 26, a message was generated saying the receiver refused to accept the parcel. This time also no attempt was made to contact the receiver.
Absolutely disappointed.
