DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel not delivered stating "Office closed or door lock(cir)"

I have made a dtdc booking from delhi to Hyderabad and awb number is D62492485. I haven't received any call from courier person at the time of delivery and i was available in house entire day. But delivery was not made and status was shown as not delivered due to office closed or door lock. Please help to grt my parcel as soon as parcel.
