The concerned person didnt even visited for the pick up address and updated in the system pickup cannot be done due to improper packing . The mobile number is [protected] . Its a very urgent delivery and tillnow nothing was done ! I only requested him to carry a selotape for sticking the slip received over mail . He simply denied and literally shouting on me . Without even seeing the packing he updated the packing was not proper !!! what type service is DTDC is giving .
