The product dispatched by Visit organisation was picked up ob 17th of June 2023 and tracking ID provided to sender Z17204181.
As a receiver I never got the product delivered. When I chased multiple times the sender, they provided me the DTDC tracking ID.
On checking it shows the first date when product was picked up from sender but no progress thereafter. I called customer care on 13th Oct 23, they said to check and revert. I Even raised a ticket 9561430 by creating a login ID on DTDC portal.
there is no response and now when I am calling customer care the agent keeps call on hold for 5 mins and then it gets disconnected.
