[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — Product not received yet, but status of the product is showing successfully delivered product

Hi,
My courier which was addressed to me was received by someone else, and the status of tracking shows successfully delivered, I got the otp, but no one came to my house
The message I received :D67789023 is out for delivery.Plz share SMILE CODE (9644) with Dly Agent, for Zero Contact Delivery. DTDC won't ask for any payment OTP

If I got the message, how did the delivery person deliver it to someone else.
