[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — Product showing couldn't attempt

Sent a package from vizag to rangareddy with consignment number H73397780 on 14th July 2023 it's been a week and not delivered.. tracking details show out for delivery in the morning and by the end of the day it shows couldn't attend and not delivered and the same happening from 3 days. Spoke to customer care and they said they are going to solve it in 48 hours and yet no response after 4 days.
