DTDC Courier & Cargo — Products not delivered by DTDC and raise a false allegation

Dear Sir/Mam,
I am Abhisek from Pk Electromech Pvt Ltd. I was booked 2 parcel of light from SAR Engineering from Delhi on 11th and 12th of April but till now my product is reaching to me. But when I checked in DTDC courier tracking it was showing that door or office locked but a single call or message shared to me from DTDC.
Kindly send my product to me asap
