DTDC Courier & Cargo — Received delivery of broken goods.

Today I received my package which I had couriered from Patna. I received the delivery at its Destination in Sringar, Jammu and Kashmir. One of the two packages had a broken suit case in it while it was well in condition when it was packed by DTDC guys in Patna. I chose DTDC for the safe carriage but received a broken bag in the package is a shock and a huge loss to me.
