Received empty packet with broken seal. Product is missing. The customer care is not responding. Awb # - m36204433. I also went to their main branch but no positive response. The reply from dtdc customer support is really bad. Without investigating, they just replied packet is delivered.
How can they deliver empty packet and back off their responsibility.
