A consignment B96091794 sent from Bangalore Jayanagar to my address at Kunnamangalam Calicut reached the local DTDC office on[protected]. On[protected].12 hrs one person from the office called me from the mobile number[protected] and informed me that they will not deliver the item at the consignee address as they dont have delivery service.
I am a government employee and cannot take leave from office to go and collect the consignment. We are relying on parcel/ courier service and paying for you for the service but not to be in such a difficult situation..
Today i called the above number and he talked rudely and told that he will deliver the item whenever he get some other thing to deliver in that area.
DTDC is claiming that " speed and convenience like never before. If it's true you have to negotiate for the speed delivery of my item.Hope you will contact the agent at Kunnamangalam and will make the item delivered today itself. Was this information helpful? |
