DTDC Courier & Cargo — Returned Parcel Without even trying to deliver.

I purchased some medicine from a site & they shipped it through DTDC it was shipped by them on 18th nov, it reached raipur on 20th nov & suddenly on 24th nov even without trying to deliver the shipment DTDC returned it. My waybill no is Z02788731. Dtdc showed that it was out for delivery. And after some time the showed that the shipment is being returned.

I Booked parcel at Sangareddy branch on 21 Nov 16. Consignment No.H57136451.
Item booked to deliver at Allahabad UP, But item delivered to wrong address in Hyderabad. I put a mail regarding this to customerssupport. But no reply from DTDC. Pleade DO NEEDFUL.
