DTDC Courier & Cargo — Shipment not delivered

I had done a courier to irving, USA on 20th Jan, 2023. Till date the courier hasn't been delivered to the other party. We have launched multiple complaints against the company [ dtdc] in the website. We didn't get any proper response from their end. I tried contacting the FedEx department who informed us that the parcel is missing and raise a lost ticket complaint. Till date the courier service [dtdc] didn't raise any ticket. We tried multiple ways to reach out to them. But no one is updating us. We need the loss of the pay for product undelivered.
