DTDC Courier & Cargo — T70729455 misroute status and want to change delivery address

First time, it was stated from dtdc staff that it was undeliverable address and that I have to come and collect. I requested to book with another courier I'll pay for the booking, for that also they have responded that they are not allowed to do so and you have to call customer care to do that and gave one number. After that trying that number they were not picking up the call itself. Then it was mentioned as misroute status. I have raised the query to change the address where they have delivery facility, within 3 minutes the ticket opened they have closed the ticket without any response, I don't know what type of support they are providing.
