The product should be delivered between 23 March to 25th March.
on the 25th I was at my home, I had not received any call or message from the delivery boy so I checked the delivery status on the DTDC website and I was surprised because they have mentioned the "Receiver not available" status field.
On the next day, I tried to connect to them through call but they didn't attend my call but they message me and ask for tracking ID, I had provided all the necessary details but still, they have not delivered the product, and you can't believe they again update the same status on their website that "Receiver is not available".
they have time to chat on message but they don't have time to pick up a call.
