I booked my consignment - v31428377

Date of booking - 17/10/2016
Booked from - dtdc 24th main hsr layout
To - indore, rajendra nagar
From - bangalore

They told me it will reach within 3 days, and it reached to indore next day but indore people are not delivering for 15 days. I talked to courier boy he told i did not get the consignmnt but he is lying. Please help, as it is a bday gift of 4 yrs old kid.

I have booked a parcel on 18.10.16 for chennai from Mumbai, but till date 24.10.16 it has not delivered. For metro cities such a poor services, DTDC is worst courier company in india.
