I have shipped my office laptop which is belongs to L&T Infotech Pvt Ltd., Client's-Maersk Drilling laptop. And there is no proper response from DTDC about Courier. I have booked laptop shipment on 21st April and with Risk Surcharges from Erode Head Office(worst customer support) to Pune My DTDC courier AWB no. V71506032. I really feel very bad experience with DTDC, DTDC is not properly responding. If laptop is not delivered, please return back laptop to my below address.
