DTDC Courier & Cargo — wrong courier location and unprofessional behaviour of staff and refund denies | |
I courier stuff to my hometown on 23 dec it was supposed to reach last saturday but courier guy called my father from 35km away location and told if you want come otherwise i will return it, why should we go 35 km away to pickup courier?? When i checked with bellandur branch dtdc office, they said yesterday return was initiated and i can’t refund. My problems is; 1. Why dtdc branch accepted the courier if they can’t ship? Dtdc guy calling from 35km away and expecting to come and pick. 2. Bellandur dtdc branch said they don’t ship to my address why they didn’t know this before taking 750 rs from me?? My tracking no. A product had been sent for me from Yamuna Nagar to pathanamthitta.for the last three days, whenever I am tracking the product with the reference number it is showing wrong address and when I contacted the DTDC adoor office they are telling they don't know about the product.
