Courier sent on july 7th from kr puram, old madras road branch through secure courier, today date 28th july till now not reached.

The item is : watch worth rupees 10000 which i bought online and returned them as the product they sent i am not satisfied, keeping follow up daily with kr puram, old madras road branch, they are saying check with mohan raj and dayanidhi.


My vendor confirmed if they didn’t receive watch by 30th july, refund will be cancelled and i am loosing 10, 000 rupees, since 21 days my item is with dtdc and you people had not made single call to me back, daily i am calling multiple times and most of the times call will not be picked, ifthe response is like this i will go with consumer court.

I need the refund with penalty for not informing atleast via email or mobile, what is the use of sending through secure courier? Are these dtdc standards keeping item for 21 days still not delivered.

An immediate action on this is not taken, i will proceed further. Will wait till tomorrow 2pm.
