Hi All, I am really upset that the cited consignment has been incorrectly delivered to the incorrect address. I have gone from pillar to post to request everyone involved to receive the details as to where has the shipment been delivered to. The shipment contains my degree certificate which is very very important for me. I have been requesting to at least let me know the address to where this has been delivered, so that I can go and collect it myself. But I am still waiting for this detail. The online tracker doesn’t even show the address or the name of the person to whom this has been delivered to . I am very annoyed and feel harassed by this commotion. Please help me out with this.
