Dtdc Courier — courier delivery not on time

Dear Sir, I have a very bad experience of sending my courier using your service. On friday 10th april 2015, I have booked two courier parcel(tracking no.V22050969 and V[protected], one for Allahabaad(UP) and one for Varanasi(UP) ...by availing DTDC plus service, which means that my parcel should be reaching the receiver on next day 11th april 2015. But today when I checked it on DTDC website in the afternoon...both the courier tracking nos. were showing IN TRANSIT.Also I have cross checked with the receiver .It hasn't been delivered to them.
