DTDC Courier — Courier Not delivered after 2 months

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

The courier is dispatched on 15th may 2014 from chennai but I haven’t received yet.. In portal status is shows delivered . When i spoke to them they says courier was misrouting to somewhere which cannot be handed over again. The content was original convocation certificates and 5k worth watch. i have lost my abroad oppurtunies because of the non-delivery and their irresponsibility. Can you please help me out. Thanks in advance
