We have couriered some important documents (cn no z[protected] from gurgaon to andheri west mumbai.
In the name of : mr. raghunandan saran (receiver) at his mumbai address: 1001 kohinoor apartments, shalimar bakery lane, off yari road, versova, anderi west, mumbai - 400061. through dtdc franchise, gurgaon (ggn/l02) on 27th june 2016.
2) dtdc customer care and website confirmed that the shipment was delivered on 29th june 2016. but till date it’s not delivered.
3) on 2nd july 2016, several calls were made to dtdc customer care (mumbai and gurgaon offices) to know whereabouts of the shipment. dtdc at all times confirmed that the shipment has been delivered to the receiver on 29th june 2016.
5) concerned about delay in delivery and loss of shipment, sender has registered a complaint numbered case# 02533509 and also sent an email to [protected]@dtdc.com for non-delivery and loss of shipment on 4th july 2016.
6) subsequently, various phone calls were made to dtdc customer care number at gurgaon requesting them to trace the actual status of shipment.
It’s very important document and all dtdc guys are not providing any right information on this document.
Please look into this.. documents are very important for us.
