Dtdc Courier — Delayed Delivery

This is with reference to consignment no. V24854165 which I booked through DTDC Vasant Vihar, Thane franchisee. This was booked on 26/08/2015 evening. I was told that it will be delivered in Gurgaon on 29th /08/2015 only if I booked through premium express service. For this I was asked to pay 3 times of normal charges. As this was urgent parcel I agreed to pay 3 times charges with guarantee that it will be delivered on 29th Aug. This parcel had Rakhi and got delivered 3 days after festival. Below is screen shot. As per them even with normal booking the parcel should have got delivered on 31st Aug. This is serious deficiency in service. I need refund of my 270/- rs and I also compensation for embarrassment I have to go through as Rakhi's could not be delivered on or before festival. Anil
