I had wrote a complaint previously as follows
" I had ordered one laptop charger from the above company. The charger showed problem after some time. Since it was under warranty, I send it to them for getting a new charger. Then they said that they have sent the charger through "dtdc courier" in 4th Jun 2014 but it never reached. I tried to contact with them and also the courier service many times but no advancements occurred. Please tell me what can I do legally to get my product back."

I found that they have lost the charger and the company "laptopcharger.com" their e-mail id is "[protected]@laptopcharger.com" that they are not doing anything. Since I am not the sender I cant ask for refund but the company can. My college has started and I am in trouble. They are not responding to my calls also to my e-mails. I want them to send me another charger within 2 to 3 days. My father is telling me to buy another charger which will cost almost 1000. They are too careless. Do something legally. They won't even respond to your e-mail.
