[Resolved] Dtdc Courier — Item missing | |||
Hello Team, I was called to receive the returned product but when i came to receive the product the item WD 2TB Hard Disk Blue Color was missing and instead of that stones were present inside the returned packet. The item was shipped on 1st October 2014 and was to be delivered till deadline 8th October. As per the online status it is showing that the delivery was attempted on 6th October but the concerned person was not available though the address was correct. While shipping the item was opened and verified by the DTDC Supervisor Mr.Prakash Ghatbande and was again packed and shipped and the shipping receipt was provided to me. The tracking number is F08325934. When i received the item i opened it in front of Mr.Prakash Ghatbande as it was given by him only to me. That time we both saw that there was Hard Disk Missing and instead of that Stones were sent. As discussed, please find the attached snaps of the stones sent instead of Hard disk. The delivery address was of Haryana as below :- Name :- Yogesh Ranga Address :- Rahul H No - 189/26, Siddharth Colony Delhi Road, Sonipat - 131001, Haryana INDIA Request you to take the strict action regarding this as this is causing losing faith to customers.
