Dtdc Courier — Lied About Service and Poor Customer Suppoort

I am Chinmay Routray. I just want to file a complaint against DTDC courier branch office, Lado Sarai and Chhattarpur, New Delhi. These branch have employees who not only misguide people with false information, they also misbehave when you try to complaint. The incident is about my consignment number Z46569696. I placed an order on 25th of February at about 7 p.m. 2015 to send some important medicines to the address provided below: Madhusudan Routray At-Kajala, Post-Tinimuhani Kendrapara, Odisha, 754211 I also provided the mobile numbers. The dtdc employees, told me that the shipment will be dispatched right away on the same day through air courier service. I am sorry but I did not keep any proof of this dialogue. But they convinced me that it will be delivered on 27th to the provided address. I trusted them as courier service means fast delivery of goods in less time. Hence, I placed the order by paying Rs.100.00. When I tracked the order on 27th of February, I could only see that it has not yet dispatched from Delhi at all. I immediately called their South Delhi office to about the same and complaint them that why its not yet dispatched. The lady on the other side of the phone said that, its at the Naraina center and will be dispatched on 27th. I complained why I was lied about it being dispatched on 25th? She just bluntly said, they are not responsible for that. It's the Lado Sarai office staff who are responsible. I told her that I am telling them because, they are the corporate office and the number was provided on the site for any inquiry and complaints. She just said, go and complaint at the Lado Sarai as they (corporate office) are not responsible for this. And now it's 1st of March, 2015, the consignment is not delivered yet. The pathetic thing is, when you complaint with them, their attitude is like as if they never bother about any complaint filed against them. And its true. Because, there is no authority or regulatory body in India, who can accept complaint against these courier companies. When you file a complaint with consumer court, they just tend to extend the judicial process causing inconvenience to the general public. I have attached the online tracking status taken on 1st March, 2015 in the morning 9 a.m. The tracking doesn't show complete info. In the tracking service, you could see that the packet was first sent to Chhatarpur, then Sadar Bazar and then to Naraina for dispatch. This is the reason the delivery is delayed.

Thanks you for the help. But they are indifferent about the issue. Even they can see the same status as I on their website. Its ridiculous that they even can not get details about their own service.
As usual, they ignored this complaint and keep replying the same thing. It's already more than 6 days, my courier is not delivered yet. I would appeal to the public never ever use their service.

And I am now in vein, what is this site for. Just write the complaint and forget. LOL.
