Sent a parcel from jodhpur to jeypore(odisha, pin:-764001) on 19 Dec 2015. Shipment no. *Z[protected]
I was assured that parcel would be delivered by 26 Dec.
However, parcel not delivered till date. On query from despatch office jodhpur, I was told that the parcel has not reached jeypore.when I ask d guy of the jodhpur office he said for security reason the parcel back again ...so where my stuff gone then ...I, m very disappointed with the service so plz kindly sort this problem ...give me call on [protected]
This kind of error is not expected from DTDC at least.
Please take corrective action against erring staff and compensate me accordingly
