On 2d November, 2020, I have booked a cover under waybill no C04601021, in DTDC Nalampalayam branch, Coimbatore. The same was reported to be not delivered for want of sufficient address. It seems that the consignee had shifted from there. The cover was lying with your Gandhipuram, Coimbatore Office. I have been trying to contact their Gandipuram office, to redliver the same to the new address. But despite my repeated attempts, I am unable to contact them. The cover contains an urgent share transfer request, which is to be delivered at once. On 7th that the company replied that they will update soon. Since then I have been following up with the co on 7th, 10th, 11th, 13th, 17th and 18th of Nov 2020. But the company is not responding at all.
I want either the cover which was undelivered is t be returned back to me or the company should issue a certificate that the same was misplaced at their end, to be produced before my banker. Was this information helpful? |
