Dtdc Courier — Non delivery of parcel by dtdc

I have sent Parcel via DTDC Courier from Sawantwadi to Banglore on 01-12-15 bearing cosignment number P34408060 but uptill now it has not been delivered to the receiver. I have raised complaint to DTDC bearing complaint no. 01235556. but there is no action has been taken by DTDC. So kindly help me in the matter.

Up till this date there is no resolution provided by DTDC. This is realy very poor service.
