[Resolved] DTDC — Courier not received, yet it says delivered | |||
Courier with tracking no: Z16446149 says it is delivered and received by A Acharya, Mobile no [protected]. This is not my number and I haven't received anything yet. I called customer care and I heard all lines are busy for 20 minutes. Can you please tell me what's going on here? I called DTDC today morning asking them to provide the person's mobile number who is going to deliver me the courier. But DTDC said that they cant provide me such information but it will be delivered by today. Now it says delivered and I haven't received anything.
