DTDC — Courier Not recieved - Sent via NATIONAL BLUE Service

My Courtier which is sent via URGENT Mode (NATIONAL BLUE) of DTDC courier is not delivered till now. It was sent on tuesday - 20/01/2015 from Delhi to Pune(Hinjewadi). On calling the customer care and Operations team of DTDC i got a rude response telling me that it will be delivered tommorow that too not sure. I have paid the charges o[censored]rgent delivery and this is the kind of service i am getting from DTDC. Seriously pathetic the kind of service DTDC provide and the kind of people sitting in the operations team. Thanks, Nitesh [protected]
