Hi Team,
My Case Number is 269497. I had send an courier by your service with reference num Z47128993 from Delhi to Kolkata on 15/04/2015 but till now it has not reached.
I had called several times to customer service number of Delhi and Kolkata both but till now i didn't got any response from DTDC at all.
I am an old customer of your courier services, but this time i am very sorry to see what has happened to DTDC services now.
