Dtdc Courier — Parcel not delivered.

I had sent a parcel from Mangalore to Gurgaon under AWB - B21017097 on 13th July 2015. It reached Delhi apex on 15th July. Since then there is no sign of my parcel. Neither its delivered nor the status is updated on your site. Its been 7-8 days and you people cannot deliver a parcel from Delhi to Gurgaon then that is really shameful. Moreover the best part is why you people have given customer support number as no one ever answers the calls ? I want you to deliver it as soon as possible or else i'll file a case in consumer court very soon.
