Dtdc Courier — Parcel reached to destination delay

Hi Team, I have booked on parcel (costly)on 6th Feb15 thru National Blue of DTC courier service. first it has reached to Cochine then bangalore again Bangalore then reached to Howrah destination on 12Feb15. It should be reached within 3 days but it has cross the maximum days. i send courier for some purpose but it hasa delay so we have very loss for the same. request you to please take some action for the same.
