Dtdc Courier — poor service and not satisfied the response .

I have send one small parcel from Amritsar to panvel ( mumbai) having docket no. Z40822415 on 6 jan-2015. But when parcel not delivered i enquired abt it. After my enquiry i received a email from css.[protected]@dtdc.com ( panvel branch) abt my parcel, css.[protected]@dtdc.com send me a burnt pic of my parcel. Which is shown in attachments. I ask for claim, but till now no claim submitted by panvel branch. When i contact the Amritsar court road branch, they ask me to give a claim letter. And I do submitted the claim letter at court branch amritsar, when i visit the Amritsar court road branch to know abt my claim status, the madam sit in front office see me and went inside and ask other employee tell me that m not in office. This is so much rude behavior of the Amritsar branch. I have genuine claim of Rs 750/-. But no body bother it.
