DTDC — Courier rerouted to wrong franchise office and they are not delivering- Worst service

courier has been sent on Jan 14th 2015 it been 10 days no courier I received. I check in there wwebsite tracking no result come ups. I called customer care, instead of giving solution they are giving three other numbers and asking to call them telling they are there franchise office ridiculous why the hell they have customer care. Then finally I end up finding someone they are telling its rerouted and so they returned back, I am confused what is rerouting they are saying there are not the right person to send, now they sent to other part of bangalore. Again I have to follow up to track it and now its in utralli and they are saying you have to come and collect it, driving 30km from my place. They accept is there mistake but not resending the courier.
Can owner of the compnay or someone check this isseu of how irresonsible they are and I wanted to file a consumer case against them they are important project document because of which my work is stopped
Never send a courier via DTDC worst service ever. They dont have any complaint system in there company where someone can act on it.
