Dtdc Courier — Unable to trace the shipment for international

I have booked a shipment of Rakhi under Rakhi express apps on 22nd of aug'15 vide consignment no. N[protected] to California, USA. I have paid Rs.1200/- against the shipment. Now I am not able to trace the shipment as the last updated status in DTDC portal is "Inward scan shipment not found at Mumbai Hub". When I tried to contact their call support no. [protected] no body is picking up the number to answer my query. This Rakhi express service is introduced for Rakhi occasion only and if the packet will reach after 29th of Aug'15 that is after the occasion then of no use. Also like to inform if people of DTDC are not contactable at this point of time then I am loosing my hope that my consignment will reach on time. This offer will be a mere cheat to customer. Pls take serious action on this.
