My Prepaid parcel is wrongly delivered on 9th june to someone else by dtdc courier person which he admit that he has wrongly delivered but still nothing happened.
I have complained about it to the DTDC customer support but they haven't responded my mail yet.
Till date i.e 16.6.23 my parcel is not received by me nor they ready to refund me.
DTDC is worst courier service where they not heard the customer problem. My parcel is worth of Rs2, 850/- which i have already paid but DTDC not even tried to solve this problem nor they refund me. Was this information helpful? |
