DTDC — Courier (Z[protected] not delivered

My urgent courier dispatched from Sector-9, Rohini, Delhi to Gurgaon on 1 January, 2014 has not been delivered from 20 days. Consignment number of the courier is: Z41542947 Tracked on DTDC website which shows it has been delivered in DTDC, Gurgaon on 3 Januray, 2015 but still has not reached the destination address. Repeated attempts to contact DTDC customer care by phone and email have failed as I have not got a satisfactory explanation as yet. I am greatly disappointed with such a lax courier service and unhelpful customer care. I have no other option but to got to the Consumer Court. You are requested to look into this at the earliest.
