DTDC — Damaged and half stolen product received. | |||||
Hi team, I have received completely damaged parcel from dtdc courier. I have ordered 1 dz mango box from ratnagiri to bangalore. But i got completely damaged box, while 6 mangoes stolen and rest mangoes eaten by rats. I am highly disappointed with service and management. I have paid 1200 inr for product plus 300 shipping charge. I want my money back from dtdc. I have called dtdc customer care[protected] & also mailed [protected]@dtdc.com several times but no one is replying. My courier tracking number is d27181455 Please refund my money!!
