DTDC — Delay in Courier delivery | |||
Hi, My courier was booked on 18th Nov with consignment no Z37063611 from delhi to sikandrabad (UP). Its has been 7 days but still i have not received it yet. I have checked its status online, its latest status was updated on 20th itself at ghaziabad . Could you please check its status and let me know what is the actual problem as it contain my important document which I need it as soon as possible. I did track the courier on website and it was out for delivery on 4th June. I waited on 4th june, 5th June and 6 the june and we still have not received it yet. It is a very very important document so we stayed at home full day to receive it. I called up at DTDC office 5-6 times but everyone is giving some or other excuse, no one is aware of anything. First they said it will get delivered on 6th june (today) and now they say the courier is returned back as there was no one at home. When i insisted that we were at home for full 3 days, they are putting the blame on us.(We did not answer the doorbell or did not open the door) I asked them y you shoild have called at least once and the reply was " We do not call on 1st day" . U think we are mad, ?? I never had any problem with DTDC in Bangalore or Mumbai but in NCR (Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida) the DTDC service is pathetic and the attitude of DTDC people at NCR is poor.
