This complaint is regarding AWB No: D21241003I booked a package from online seller eBay on 17th of Jan'15 and it was shipped through DTDC by the seller. It was supposed to travel from Pune to Gandhinagar. It travelled from Pune on 20th of Jan'15 and reached 'AHMEDABAD APEX, AHMEDABAD' on 21st of Jan'15. But for some unknown reason it is not getting dispatched from there and getting delivered to my address.
Upon contacting your customer service they told they have no clue about the package. Upon contacting your Asst Manager at AHMEDABAD APEX, AHMEDABAD Mr. Nayak, he told me that my area is NOT SERVICEABLE under their network and they can do nothing about the delivery.
I want to know the reason behind this kind of inconvenience caused by your courier service. If my area is not serviceable, why the receipt counter rejected my package on the very first place?? Otherwise why your manager is denying to provide the service he is assigned to provide.I request you to look into this matter very seriously and provide a resolution, otherwise I will be compelled to take this matter to the highest level.Thank you in advance.
