[Resolved]  DTDC — Didn't receive my consignment and BTM Bangalore brach office not ready to take responsibility

I am Anup Kumar. My consignment number is Z42315226. It was suppose to deliver at my place on 5/12/2014. But still I didn't get my consignment. When I contact to BTM Branch they said that we didn't get your consignment and it's your responsibility to track your consignment and I am not getting any response from DTDC customer care.
