Dear Sir, Please note i had booked my parcel from dtdc from mumbai to Dibrugarh on 19 feb 2015 for a air cargo... 1) They openend up my shipment without informing me. 2) They sent the parcel in 2 different section without telling me. 3) They dispatched the shimpment from mumbai on 21 Feb 2015 4) They sent the shipment by surface after giving me Awb receipts of Air. 5) They changed my airwabill number and din't inform me. I hv my sisters marriage on 25th for which i requested them to send this on a urgent bases. Please note i will be going to the consumer court regarding this matter . As noone from your end has been helping me in this manner. below are the tracking number ...
