DTDC — Docket no V21329956 not yet delivered

Dear sir / madam, We were informed while booking that the consignment will reach on Monday only and after that confirmation the courier was given to you. Today is Thrusday since monday we are following up no response what so ever from anybody. We are totally tired with this. If i would have sent it through my transporter the consignment would have reached today and the cost incurred would have been very less. I want you to get our consignment delivered today by afternoon 2pm at any cost. Total amount paid is rs.1045, this is premium freight we paid. This is second time we are facing this problem.
